Main Banquet Hall
Our Main Banquet Hall is the largest room in our facility with hardwood flooring throughout. Perfect for all your dancing needs. It can be configured numerous ways to seat up to 430 people comfortably. It is equipped with a large stage area, built in sound system, and 2 full service bar areas. The room is ideal for your wedding destination. Bring in your event planner and see the possibilities. The area can also be used for conferencing needs as well as trade shows, anniversaries, church suppers, fund raising dinners and Stag and Does.
The Lounge can be accessed via the back entrance of our facility. Therefore, it can be used for a private party or in conjunction with the back outdoor field area. Our Lounge has a Bavarian feel and can be used for a variety of smaller functions such as parties, baptisms, anniversaries, funerals or family get-togethers. It is equipped with a stage area, dance floor, built-in dart boards, as well as a full service custom stone built bar area. The Saxonia Lounge can accommodate up to 100 for meetings and up to 90 for weddings in a variety of seating arrangements.
Front Banquet Hall
Located at the front of the Saxonia Hall right off of the main foyer. This smaller banquet hall can also be combined with the Main Hall above. However on its own it can seat up to 110 people in various arrangements. It is ideal for smaller functions as well as meetings or such things as art shows or craft displays. It is also equipped with bar facilities and a dance floor.
If you prefer, you may bring in your own caterers, event planners and Smart Serve Bartenders. Ask us about renting the facilities only.
The Saxonia Hall has a 5 acre sports field located behind the main building. It is equipped with 2 larger soccer pitch areas and a baseball area with backstop. The grounds have plenty of parking. Washroom facilities as well as banquet rooms can be accessed at the rear of the club if requested.
Our mature trees and grassed areas have been used for many events as well as wedding photos. The area can also accommodate outdoor celebrations such as weddings, family gatherings and even car shows.
